Vincent worked for London TravelWatch, London’s statutory transport watchdog, for 20 years as its Streets Officer. He was also a councillor in Hackney for 20 years and contributed to it being recognised as London’s best transport borough with the highest levels of walking, cycling and bus use in the UK. He saw the introduction of floating bus stops by TfL between 2013 and 2021 and now volunteers for NFBUK on their streets access campaigns.
