Noeleen Lynch is the Operations Director and Head of Training at the Community Transport Association (CTA). She leads CTA’s UK-wide training strategy and operational delivery, bringing a strong focus on user-led, community-centred learning. Noeleen with a passionate small team lead the transformation of MiDAS into a modern, passenger-focused programme built on its 30‑year legacy of promoting safe, legal and comfortable accessible transport. Today, over 20,000 drivers complete MiDAS training annually through the updated model.
